• Refunds: Within 8 days of your order’s arrival
• Exchanges / Store Credit: Within 24 hrs of delivery

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original condition and include vendor packaging.
• Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing.
• Earrings, Sale Items (“FINAL SALE”), and Fine Jewelry are not returnable.

To return an item:

1. Use a trackable shipping method.
2. Ship to the address listed on your original packaging.

Items must be packed in their original box to avoid damage during transit.
For a full refund, returned items must arrive in the same condition as originally sent.
