SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once your order is placed.
Some deliveries may experience slight delays due to high shipping volumes with our carriers.
- UPS Ground Advantage: — 5–10 business days after order fulfillment
- UPS Priority Mail: — 2–5 business days after order fulfillment
- USPS Express: — 1–2 business days after order fulfillment
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, Saroyal Jewelry offers:
- Refunds: Within 1 day of your order’s arrival
- Exchanges / Store Credit: Within 72 hrs of delivery
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original condition and include vendor packaging.
- Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing.
- Earrings, Sale Items (“FINAL SALE”), and Fine Jewelry are not returnable.
To return an item:
- Use a trackable shipping method.
- Ship to the address listed on your original packaging.
- If you no longer have it, email us at Saroyaljewelry@outlook.com for assistance.
- Clearly write “RETURN FOR REFUND” or “EXCHANGE FOR [applicable item]” on your receipt, along with the reason for your return.
- Saroyal Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages.
Items must be packed in their original box to avoid damage during transit.
For a full refund, returned items must arrive in the same condition as originally sent.
